Error 718 -- PPP timeout.

While attempting to connect, I receive the following error message:
Error 718: PPP timeout.

Resolution: Check if AOL dialer and TCP/IP adapters are installed on
Network. Uninstall them or change the properties on TCP/IP, at DNS configuration and add the Primary and secundary DNS numbers of your
ISP.
